Return & Exchange Policy

At Ikhlas Wear, every piece is carefully crafted to preserve the beauty of traditional Afghan cultural clothing. Because many of our dresses involve detailed handwork and custom preparation, we maintain the following return policy.

Returns

We accept returns only in the case of:

• Damaged items during delivery

• Incorrect item sent by our team

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges

Size exchanges may be possible depending on product availability. Customers must request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake was from our side.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom-designed or specially made dresses cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are produced specifically for the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• The item is confirmed damaged or incorrect

• A replacement item cannot be provided

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or tailored orders

• Used or worn items

• Items without original packaging
